Pet Policy
All Berkley Hall communities are pet friendly, which is why we go the extra mile to make sure your four-legged friends feel as at ease as you do. You’ll find pet-centered amenities at select communities, from dog parks to dog washes to social “Yappy Hours,” and we always have treats on hand in the office for your fur-babies.
While policies and services sometimes vary from location to location, all our communities offer pet friendly apartments that both you and they will love. Be sure to ask about our pet rescue/adoption program.
Fees*: *All fees are non-refundable!
1st pet is $400
2nd pet is an additional $250
Pet rent is $25 a month per pet
Breed restrictions include, but are not limited to, American Staffordshire Terrier, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, Chow, German Sheppard, Alaskan Malamute and Wolf Hybrid or any mixes thereof.
*All pet fees are non-refundable. Maximum of 2 pets per home up to 70 pounds in combined weight. Please note that at the discretion of management, we reserve the right to approve or deny any pet.
